Eligibility for Returns:
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount. We accept returns if you have received a product that is different from what was ordered or if the size of the product does not match your order. These conditions are applicable for a return request within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Return Request Process:

Product Condition:
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that are returned in a damaged state, or with signs of wear, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping:
Once your return request is validated, we will provide you with the details for return shipping. The cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the reason for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return.
Refunds and Exchanges:
After we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment or an exchange will be arranged as per your request. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
